Assignment 2: The Transformative Power of Stories

In this assignment, you will share your own story about a life-changing event related to your work or something you have experienced or witnessed at work. The goal is to engage in self-reflection and realize the impact of storytelling.

When you write your story, share your own leadership experiences that relate to transformative practices in your own organizations. The story could be one that someone has shared with you, or it could be a story that you have experienced firsthand. There has to be a moral to the story shared to make the activity meaningful and reflective.
