For this assignment, write a paper of at least 600 words that addresses the following questions:

1. What evidence convinced the American people to support the right of women to vote at the beginning of the twentieth century?
2. Did the right to vote give women full equality? Why or why not? 
3. Why is full equality for women as important for men as it is for women?

You will need to research for this paper and will want to include at least two references using both ProQuest and another source (the readings and videos from class are fine). Keep in mind Wikipedia is NOT considered reliable for academic work.
