1.  Fad Diets

- Identify a current fad diet

- Give a description of the diet and the restrictions, etc.

- Provide two days of meal plans

- Identify any potential health risks associated with long term diet

- Provide your opinion on if this diet is safe and should be recommended to patients

2.   Create a checklist for common standard precautions against the influenza.  How as a MA will standard precautions be beneficial during an outbreak?  Write two paragraphs on the application of standard precautions and the checklist of steps.
