go to www.danielgoleman.info and search for a particular article on either emotional or social intelligence that you find extremely interesting.  There is an “archives” button at the bottom, so don’t just grab the first article you see, take your time and find a good one.. Then comment on the article, explaining why you found it interesting and also summarize what is meant by emotional and social intelligence, and why is it important for managers to possess these mental attributes?
