TOPIC:  Historical Examination of the Approaches implemented by the United States Military for the Training and Development of Officers in Charge of Diverse Units.

Please write a 6-8 page literature review on an aspect(s) of strategic human resource considerations as it relates to the development and/or utilization of a multicultural and multigenerational staff and workforce.   Your paper should be based on the literature and use appropriate citations using APA style. In addition to the 6-8 pages of written text, each literature review shall include a cover page (see format in shared files), abstract, and reference list.
