Prepare a scope statement using the template. Remember to be tangible, measurable, and specific. Be sure to include all sections required. This is a group project, and our project name and description is : City Consultants and this project reason is providing  a critical infrastructure safeguarding plan in the event of a natural disaster, humanitarian crisis, or an act of terror against the town. So my task is write and create "Recovery Plan" section of our project. The length will be 3 pages.
