organization using strategic and operational planning methods. Select a new team leader for this week before you begin.

 

On Monday, April 14, 2014, collate the mini plans that you created through the modules in this course to compile your final business plan. Also create an Executive Summary for your business plan. Review your plan and submit it to the facilitator by posting it to the Discussion Area.

I have attahed the Final Business Plan and an Excel file containing all of the tables for this assignment below.  I have also attached an example of a Capital Structure Executive Summary Report for the company Genesis.  

 

As mentioned above I need an Excutive Summary for the company Quest Dignostics created.  The Excutive Summary needs to follow this format:

 

1.  Table of Contents

2.  Overview

3.  Assumptions

4.  The "meat" of the information, in however many separate sections you need

5.  Recommendations

6.  Observations for Organizational Changes

7.  Conclusion
