Assignment Instructions

There will be one academic paper required during the course of the session.  In this paper, answer the following questions:

Given our current economic times, what is the greatest family resource management issue facing American families today?  What evidence is there that this is a problem?  Does this problem affect all families in the same way? What activities are currently under way in this country to address this issue?  How effective are these activities?  How do you believe this issue will change in the next 5 years?

This is a research paper, not an opinion paper.  You should be able to justify every statement in the paper with published material.

  • Use at least three academic, peer-reviewed publications as references. Blogs, wikipedia and the like are not academic publications. Again, DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR OPINION. All of your statements must be supported by research. Your paper should be at least 3 full pages, and you should be using headings to address the questions required. That means at least 6 headings should be used, because there are 6 questions.
