Hello, I need you to do a brief research and make a compilation of the centers specifically concerned with Non-communicable diseases such as cancer, diabetes, chronic lung diseases, heart diseases and stroke that are owned or managed by the State or Federal Government in Ohio(Ohio is State in the US). After which you would be listing out the local societies and Organizations involved in the awareness and sensitization of the causes of any of the above mentioned medical conditions and how to prevent having them in the Jefferson area (Jefferenson area is located in the city of Cleveland, state Ohio and its zip code is 44111). 

I attached another project that I did as a sample of how the task should look like. However, the sample assignnment and this assignment are on two complete different topics. If you have a better way of presenting this research, you are more than welcome to do so. But if you are not productive and can't handle this task consicely, please do not waste your time and ours respectfully.  We get this kind of tasks often so if you do great on this, we might pick you for the other ones too.
