Imagine you are a curator organizing an exhibition on the art discussed in your Week 2 readings. You are to create the artist note plaques to not only tell about the image, but how it fits into the trends in early 20th century.  Include an introduction to serve as a description of this art exhibit (its purpose, expectations, arts, trends, etc). 

Choose four of the following artists, or any artist listed in your readings between 1880 and 1945, for an exhibition centered on the organizing theme, Trends in Early Twentieth Century American Art:
