Article Summary

I need somone to do me a summary over the attached article.

Writer should use the following:

1- Easy high-school language, not complicated words. ( summary should be also used in PRESENT tense).

2- Summary should not exceed 2 paragraphs.

3- in the beginning, start with this: In this article, the author .... etc. (Reference to the author in the beginning),

4- Use transition words, and signals.

5- Organize the article (read original article,  paragraph by paragraph, and make sure to mention key points of each paragraph in the summary).
