In time of recession, some schools cancel sports programs to save money. Do you think it is a good idea to cancel sports programs in high school? Do sports have  benefits to students? Argue that sports are beneficial or harmful to students.

How to develop this essay: Think about what skills and values sports teach and develop in students and how sports teach or develop those sports.
Each paragraph has to discuss only on value or one skill. The rest of the sentences in the paragraph have to explain how.
Example: Sports teaches students team work (topic sentence).
The rest of the sentences in the paragraph have to explain to show the reader how sports develop teamwork.

Do not discuss your own experience with sports. Do not use "I" or "we" in this essay.
