Are the weeks on the market higher or lower for the company than

Are the weeks on the market higher or lower for the company than the average of eleven weeks to sale? Mean median and mode all show a number below the 11 week threshold. I need to confirm this data with a hypothesis test. I need a regression/correlation analysis on this question including a hypothesis. Let me know if you can do it.
