Arbitration Assignment

In this exercise, you will serve as the arbitrator of a grievance which was not resolved at Step 3, and is now before you. You are to write an arbitration-ruling summary on Case Two in your textbook (Appendix C); please write complete sentences and in paragraph form.Your summary will include two sections: discussion and decision. Review the grievance as described and be sure to address questions 1-4 in your discussion and decision statements in your ruling (skip #5). Your arbitration-ruling summary should be no more than 1200words. The format below is how to structure your summary:
