Based on the information that you have learned thus far in this course, please provide the following:

1. Give a detailed account of a time you learned from experience (related to employment) and how that wise choice positively impacted you. Considering what you have learned from this course, would you have made different decisions with the knowledge that you now have?

2. Tell me, in general, do you learn better from your successes or failures and why? What is it about your personality that helps you learn from the aspect you chose in the aforementioned question?
