Application of Contract Law to Three Scenarios

Write a paper in which you answer the questions raised in all three scenarios described in the attachment.  Your paper will be evaluated on how well you engage in legal reasoning rather than how well you guess what the "correct" answer is.  Be sure to support your answers with citations to the textbook or other authoritative sources.
