Chaining and/or shaping procedures often are used to develop new behaviors in a client. Describe how these procedures work and how they are different from one another. Then, choose an activity of daily life and discuss how you would use these procedures to develop the behavior in a client. In your post, make sure to break down the behavior into manageable steps.

Next, discuss the use of group contingencies in modifying behavior. Make sure to name and define each of the three types, and then provide an example of how a group contingency might be used in a setting to change group behavior.
