Appeal letter

I need someone to write an appeal as i was dismissed from school due to an illness i had/surgery.

The written appeal must include a reasonable explanation for the student's academic performance to date, which may include mitigating circumstances such as student injury/illness, death of a student’s family member, or other reasons resulting in undue hardship to the student (My Illness is due surgery) . Finally, the appeal must include a plan for completion of the coursework required to be placed in good academic standing during the following term.

·         Use a formal and professional tone with correct spelling and proper grammar.

·         Provide an explanation of why you struggled to maintain the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards or Basic Academic Requirements as outlined in the university academic catalog.

·         Include a clearly defined plan of action to improve your academic standing if given another chance, and be specific!
