Create the “perfect” learning environment for a group of young children. Begin by choosing one age group that is served by your center. Create a classroom that would best meet the social, emotional, and academic needs of the children. Required a 2-3 page narrative, include the following information:

The type of program/center

The age range of the children

The number of children in the classroom

Specifically describe the floor plan of the classroom: Desk/table arrangements Learning centers available, and their set-up/configuration Storage space Adult space Aesthetic qualities: lighting, textures, comfortable spaces, wall coloring, etc.

Be sure to give specific reasons for your choices, and to support your statements with evidence from the required studies and your research.
