APA Format

1.    The Risk Assessment Model: R = T (x) V (x) C is used to allocate resources and determine necessary countermeasures for potential targets.  Identify, define and discuss each of the elements of the model.  Apply the model to a potential target such as a sporting event at Camden Yards or Raven’s Stadium.

2.    It is generally agreed that Intelligence is critical to preventing terrorist attacks.  Diagram and identify the components of the Intelligence Cycle.  Describe and discuss each of the components with particular attention to intelligence collection issues, including different sources of intelligence and legal issues associated with intelligence gathering.
