Anthropology Research Paper

Hi,

I need help with my research paper for my cultural anthropology class. My theme is about Brazilian food x American food. The difference between the meals, etc. It also need to have questions like: "Since when brazilians prepare their food like that?"; "What's the reason for american people make quick meals?" 

I have to show that I found interesting why food ranges so much around the world, especially these two different cultures.
