Deliverable 3 - Summary of Project Impact

Objective

This deliverable will assess your ability evaluate project, program, portfolio, organizational, and managerial approaches.

Instructions

For this, you will be asked to write a short, relevant, and meaningful Summary of Project Impact. Use the provided materials to draw conclusions about the hypothetical project; identifying areas in which the project was a success and areas that could be improved.

1.    Download the Project Budget and Resources, Business Background and ECE Project documents.

2.    In a one to two page document, spend time addressing the following:

a.    The steps of the project closeout process

b.    Elements of project documentation that should be saved

§  Why these elements?

c.    Opportunities for analysis of the ECE project process and project outcomes

§  How did you arrive at your conclusions?

d.    The opportunities for lessons learned from the ECE process

3.    Document must be presented in a correctly formatted manner appropriate for the workplace.
