Most unions have opposed free trade agreements, such as NAFTA. On the other hand, most employer lobbying groups have supported such agreements.  What are the pros and cons of Free Trade Agreements from the viewpoint of the Employer, the Employee, and the Consumer?

How might you solve this conflict?
