Paper Assignment Three Guidelines (Two Parts)

Part One: Recording Budget Data

You will be analyzing four trends in St Charles County Government budgets. In this case looking at the budgets for 2010—2014.

Use an Excel format to look at each category titled. Each one will have a pie chart with the percentages.

Using the charts provided in the Guidelines attachment, develop an analysis regarding the county’s budgetary trends and, therefore, bright spots or problems.

Think in terms of your conclusion as more than just some basic closing remarks but a well-developed thought-out commentary on the topic at hand.
