Analyze data from a simple study to compare patient responses who are randomized to receive Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), the drug Prozac, or Treatment-as-Usual for 8 weeks for treating Major Depression Disorder.   We will not give you raw scores for each subject, but to save you tedious calculations, we provide you with the following information, which is sufficient to do the problem:
