Six specific tools for improving the new product development process are identified and explained in the textbook reading for this module. Including "tools for measuring new product developement performance." Each of these tools has its advantages and disadvantages, but not all of these six tools are appropriate for all new product development processes. Consider the technological innovation you are proposing for your final project, and evaluate each of these six tools relative to the new product development that will be required for your innovation. Analyze each tool and recommend whether the tool should be used for improving the new product development process for your product. Be sure to explain and justify your recommendation.
