I need 2 questions answered. This is not a paper. They only need to be thorough explainations and atleast a paragraph. Once again it's not a paper but a discussion. These are two separate questions that need to be answered separately the two questions should not be addressed within the same paragraph.

1. In what ways have international financial institutions and HIV and non-governmental organizations change Africa?

2. The HIV AIDS epidemic across Africa has received a great deal of attention by the international press and NGO groups what is not widely known is that relatively cheap and tell all drugs have been proven to be effective at preventing the spread of the disease and prolonging lives infected people. What role should Western countries and ngos play in the fight against HIV and AIDS in Africa?
