Option #2: Discover Diversity

Diversity is common in today’s workplace. Address diversity issues by answering the following questions:

1. Explain how you would promote diversity in the workplace?
2. How would you encourage diversity education for your employees?
3. Summarize how you would incorporate policy and procedures that address discrimination.
4. List three benefits to embracing diversity in the workplace.

Your paper should be 2-3 pages plus a title page and reference page. Follow APA format, according to CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements. Include 2 outside academic sources to support your responses. Use outside sources other than the textbook, course materials, or other information provided as part of the course materials.
