As an addiction professional, what action would you take if you recognized symptoms of substance abuse in a colleague with whom you worked closely. Think as an addiction counselor. Justify your perspective. **Use all required references below.**

You need to think like a addiction/drug case manager and how you would go about recognizing symptoms using the reference drug abuse. gov. Then you need to think about the ethical guidelines and the impact on how this will go down because they are your colleague. Using the reference http://www.naadac.org/code-of-ethics.  Then think of how you would possibly get a service team (social worker, Psychologist, your boss, etc..) together to help this colleague.
