Different components of airplanes are built around the world, the final airplane products are assembled and tested in one country, and the customers are distributed around the globe. Consider the example of a U.S. airplane manufacturing company that outsources production of all cabin seats and plastic fixtures to China, and the customer of interest is Air Arabia. Using the models in Chapter 11 of your textbook, set up a suitable project structure that identifies the three roles and countries. Clearly define why you chose this structure and why the other structures are less suitable.
