You are the Finance Director for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). Governor Terry McAuliffe has mandated a 4% cut in all agency budgets for 2015 to meet the projected state shortfall.

Your task is to make a recommendation to the Director of what cuts you would make to the $4.3M projected expenditures to achieve a 4% reduction in spending. You can assume that the Government will take the surplus that you generate to replenish the Commonwealth's Rainy Day Fund.
