Instructions:       
1    Complete the Comprehensive Problem for Chapter 5 beginning on Page 311 of the textbook using these templates.   
    You may design your own templates or format if you wish.   
2    Each requrement shown in the problem will have 1 worksheet tab set up for it having a form template.   
3    Enter the data in the appropriate sections of the table and perform calculations.  Worksheets are not   
    set up to automatically calculate.     
4    Each worksheet may not have the correct number of cells or rows you need so add or delete as necessary.   
5    Be sure to save a copy for your files and upload it to the correct link.
