Many economist view terrorist attacks as another type of trade barrier.  Do you agree?  Why?

After reading The Economist's account of the Mumbai terrorist attacks in, "Terror in Mumbai"  do you think the terrorist attacks that took place on November 26th, 2008 in Mumbai had an impact on India's import/export industry (trade)?

If so, what type of affect do you think it had on India's economy?
