There are two problems in this case.
First is that the customer does not have a receipt.
It is difficult to verify if he is an authentic customer. He never mailed the warranty card to the manufacturer either.
According to the OTTC policy customers can return sold goods within 2 months only with the receipt.
The customer’s case is 1 year old and the 2 months refund  period is over.
It is difficult to verify if the case is authentic.
