2) Write a Statement of Work  

Please identify a Business Project that you will be using for the remainder of this course.  The project can be any activity that will require a team of at least five persons to execute and at least 30 steps to complete.   This includes such items as Launching a new Product, Planning a Company Event/Meeting,  Creating a public event like a Job Fair or a Blood Drive or any other project type activity that holds your interest. Be sure to pick something where you have expertise.  You will be planning and budgeting this activity during this class and you will need to have a deep understanding of all of the steps necessary to execute the project.
