Activity Description

Select, read and analyze one (1) comprehensive case presented in the text. Please apply all aspects of the course concepts in the development of your case solution. Case studies are found at the end of the chapters in the text. Thoroughly answer the questions that follow the case and provide additional content that addresses all of the other course topics. Your solutions and recommendations must be justified in a separate section with both an introduction and a summary conclusion. Include your professional experiences when suitable.

In your paper, be sure to apply the following to your selected case:

• Identify any areas in need of improvement to provide recommended solutions.
• Identify instances within your case where a manager or leader displayed effective skills to successfully handle responsibilities.
• Appraise instances where a supervisor had to address issues related to employee performance and if a labor union was presently established for the organization.

Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 6-8 pages not including title and reference pages

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic
