• Overview of the leadership issue or challenge
• Identify goals and outcomes and appropriate sphere of influence
• Integrate skills, experiences, and knowledge learned during the course
• Connect your project to leadership philosophyand mission of organization or community
• Provide a plan of execution. Be sure to be descriptive in your application.

The goal of the project is

1. To integrate leadership skills learned and experiences had during the UleaD course to your academic and social life
2. To understand more fully major trends and challenges within leadership and to connect those to your values, strengths, and passion
3. To develop a process to analyze complex projects and launch effective change strategies and projects
4. To map your leadership development based on a goal met or achieved outcome
