7-10 PG PAPER ON SYSTEM SAFETY

 Required to write a 7 -10 page paper (not including the title page, Abstract, and References) on a topic of your choosing in the discipline of System Safety application. Your research must show how System Safety Concepts are being applied, or could be applied, to a "Real World" situation or operation such as maintenance project design, aircraft design and development, aircraft repair and retrofit, aircraft or industrial accident, maintenance program operation, or any complex system application. Throughout the course, we will be discussing the use of System Safety Management techniques in aviation and non-aviation settings. Your topic should be specifically on the use of Systems Safety principles and techniques in a “real world situation.”

The deliverable must adhere to an appropriate format. Specifically, the deliverable should have a title (cover) page, abstract, introduction, body with subheadings, conclusion, and references/bibliography. All quotations, statements of fact and opinion derived from outside sources must be documented via properly formatted citations and references.
