You are to use the Application 5.2 assignment found in Chapter 5-- PART 2 – Formal Report on Person Selected for Leader Profile. You should use the person that you selected in Week 1 when you completed Part 1 of this assignment.

You have a choice of writing a paper 

If you choose to do a paper, your completed assignment should be a minimum of 6 pages and no longer than 8 pages (the title page, abstract page and reference page do not count towards paper length). The paper must be formatted using APA format requirements, with a minimum of 5 scholarly references, including the text book as at least one reference.
