This homework will focus on character analysis!  For your post, please consider the contemporary issues facing the female characters and please incorporate Psychological and/or Sociological Literary Theory.  In other words, psycholanalyze these women according to issues and societal roles in our contemporary society.  You may also take a look at multiculturalism and immigrant themes as they pertain to the characters.  In your post, make specific references to the story's characters and scenes.
