In 1250-1500 words (5-6 pages), research one of the topics that the Supreme Court will hear this session or has heard since 2012. Outline the basis for the case, including a summary of prior rulings on the case through the appeals process. If the case had a decision by the Court, what was the result (that is, votes and opinions)?
