Ethical Decisions and Judgment

According to Dowie in Chapter 79 of Ethical Principles in Health Care, "in most health decisions, and hence decision analyses of them, judgments in four broad types are needed." (Ashcroft, Dawson, Draper, & McMillan, 2007, p. 580)

In your assessment of an ethical decision you must make for the organization, how would you address the areas of judgment in terms of availability of options, chances of uncertainty, desirability of possible outcomes, and integration of foregoing judgments? What hypothetical situation would you use as an example?
