Purpose: Create a project for your organization. Prepare a 4-6 page APA formatted project management plan that details a plan of action to delegate responsibilities in each phase of the project management life-cycle. Ensure that you focus on planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.

Description:

• The section of this paper will be 4-6 pages, APA formatted, and include 7-10 references.
• Students will use 7-10 sources for the project. Only one of these sources can be a company website.
• Do not reference wikis, about.com, or other search engines that answer the question for you.
• Do not include your references in the required length word-count.
• Remember to include the title page, headings, and conclusion.
