4-5 page SWOT analysis of Starbucks

Watch the video, How to Perform a SWOT Analysis, and then conduct a SWOT analysis using the Starbucks’ Global Quest 2006: Is the Best Yet to Come? case provided in the Course Materials section. The analysis should address the components of the organization’s environment (internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and threats), alternatives to consider, and your assessment of the quality of the decision made by the company and/or your recommendation(s) for improvement.  Your paper must be four to five pages in length, incorporate at least two resources from the University’s Online Library collection, and be formatted according to APA style as outlined in the approved APA style guide.

While you cannot watch the video on how to do this, google it.  SWOT analysis is pretty basic.
