The paper will explore the ethical, social, legal and professional obligations of a manager and how they relate to the overall productivity, quality and efficiency of a forensic science operation. The research paper should also compare and contrast previous successes and failures of crime laboratories based on case studies discussed in the course and by your own research. The research paper shall also evaluate the importance of crime laboratory accreditation and how training, budgets and quality assurance play an important role in the overall accreditation process. Construct a coherent, organized expression appropriate to a variety of disciplines and audiences. Provide a minimum of four citable sources for your work.
