A 30 pages long paper talks about plastic recycling in third world countries!

A 30 pages long paper talks about plastic recycling in developing countries. I need the first draft in 5 days!

I need shch topic to be included:

-what are the best countries in recycling

-why those countries don't recycle

-how some countries don't even have enough garbage bins

-what is the solution and who should help ( countries.. international organisations)

All this should be searched legally!!

Some very minimal formatting requirements for the paper:

1) 12 point font (Times Roman strongly preferred)

2) Double space

3) Indent all paragraphs

4) Separate cover/title page

5) Footnotes for citations (Blue Book is a model but not a requirement; you can also use Chicago or Social Science style)

6) If footnotes provide full citation information bibliographies are not necessary

7) Clear section headings in bold
