 In contrast to Ladakh's traditional economy, modern society is addicted to "stuff".  Our whole economy is based on producing more and more of it, but there are serious questions as to how much more of this the  planet can sustain.   Some people have begun to dramatically alter their lifestyles to address this.  If you are one of them, describe how you do this - how do you "reduce, reuse, and recyle"?
