3 page paper on "Read Chapter 12 entitled The Arbitration Process thoroughly and answer questions"

Arbitration is an important aspect of both a unionized and a non-unionized environment.  Arbitrators are highly trained professionals who serve in a quasi-judicial role in labor disputes. 

For assignment 3 please be sure to do the following:

1. Read Chapter 12 entitled The Arbitration Process thoroughly and the description of arbitration decisions on page 38 in Chapter 1 under "You Be the Arbitrator Instructions."
2. Read the case at the end of the chapter entitled, “You Be the Arbitrator” on page 463-464.
3. Answer all of the questions 1, 2, and 3 on page 464. 

a.       Your final submission should be 3 pages in length.

b.      Be sure to use citations where appropriate and you should use at least the textbook as a reference.
