Considering your organization or any organization that you have researched that has an innovative strategy (either for a product or service, or for the process of innovation).

• What are the key inputs from the environment that is needed to implement the strategy?
• What steps would one would have to take to be sure the inputs (time, capital, management attention) exceed minimum acceptable levels?
• What would have to be accomplished to ensure your output to the environment is acceptable (as defined by market demand, market growth, product extension, or any other measure of success)?
