2 MEMOS, AND 2 1-PAGED Professional reports based on attachements

Correct structures for memo and professional writing 

I would need 2 memos for exercise 1 (picture attached), they should not be longer than 1 page each in professional memo  format, concise and our field is engineering. (write 2 memos, one mine and another for my friend)

The second picture (assignment 2) explains what I need for the second assignment, I also need 2 of these approximately each should be a page long.

We are industrial engineering profession. It can be one page long but i need two of these one for me and one for my pal . So it would all together be 4 pages. The assignment 2 should also be in a professional format (not essay format), it should be a list of instructions. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need more clarification.

The memo should just complete two employers based on their codes of conduct and then I will attach a picture of the memo format. What questions do you have regarding the professional writing paper, one of the assignments was for us to write scientific proposals for a grant and now after the professor graded those we have to write progress reports based on comments she gave us and based on our plan of actions to improve the proposals.
